I have made progress setting boundaries, speaking up for myself and feeling more in control. Now, when things start to get overwhelming or stressful, practicing a grounding meditation makes a world of difference in how I cope with the scenario. I've also used the meditations to help my inward focus to do a self-check-in to see how I'm doing. To actually listen to my heart and what it's trying to tell me.
